Please read fully and carefully before ordering!

Items offered for sale by EIDNES FURS INC. Are legally taken and can legally be sold by us in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho. When you order any item(s) from us, we assume the item(s) can be possessed by you (unless we know otherwise) in accordance with the laws of your state/country. In the event that you order an item(s) which is in violation of your state/country laws, EIDNES FURS INC. Will hold you responsible for all legal fees and penalties incurred. All offerings of items by EIDNES FURS INC. shall be interpreted to mean that they are not being offered for sale into a state/country that prohibits such.

You may also order through the mail with a money order, cashiers check or personal check. All personal checks will be deposited and must clear our bank (approximately two weeks) before your order is sent.

We do not ship COD anymore.

All foreign orders are either prepaid in U. S. funds drawn on a U. S. bank or by accepted credit card.

Most orders are processed within 24 hours or less.

Idaho residents will be charged 5% sales tax unless your tax number is on file with us.

U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service imposes permit and inspection fees on any wildlife items being shipped out of the U. S.. Add to that customs brokerage fees and international shipping charges and generally smaller orders under $2,000.00 are not practical. Generally most international orders take a minimum of two weeks and up to three months to obtain proper permits etc.. Due to the foregoing, all international shipments must have a $200.00 minimum non-refundable deposit in order to initiate paperwork for the order. All extra fees, permits, licensing, brokerage and shipping charges are your responsibility.

ALL ITEMS ARE POSTAGE EXTRA.

We prefer to ship via United Parcel Service but can also ship via U. S. Postal Service or other methods upon your request.

Due to varying sizes, shapes, weights and your preferred shipping method, we can only give you an estimate of shipping charges at the time of ordering. Upon completion of packing your order, we can phone you with actual charges if desired.

We also have an extra $3.00 handling fee on orders under $25.00.

All returns must be in original condition as shipped to you and accompanied with the original invoice.

All locking tags (i.e. CITES, our tags, state/country tags, etc.) Must still be locked and attached as sent.

If returns are received after 15 days of date of invoice a restocking fee of 10% may be imposed.

You are responsible for shipping both ways on returned items.

On any returned item received after 30 days from date of invoice, we will value the item at our discretion.

On any orders returned to us because of non pickup or refusal, a restocking fee of 10% of the invoice

amount plus all freight charges will be deducted before a refund or credit will be issued.

Return credits will be via check, credit to account or credit to credit card from which order was charged.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED COD RETURNS.

We offer 5% discounts on orders over $1,000.00 and 10% on orders over $2500.00.

We offer a 5% discount when 5 or more of the same hair on species ore ordered and 10% when 10 or more of the same hair on species are ordered.
